  • Inspection of power line and phone line surge protection devices to insure all points of entry into your system are protected. (#1 failure cause)
  • Annual on site 1 hour training session designed to acclimate new users and refresh existing users on the features of your phone system. (#2 failure cause)
  • Annual replacement of all handset coil cords and line cords. (#3 failure cause)
  • Annual site inspection of all phone and voice mail components.
  • Cleaning of phone handsets with disinfectant.
  • Inventory of all phone and voicemail equipment provided to you in writing with information on present system capacity and growth potential.
  • Update and revision of system speed dial numbers. (Increases productivity)
