TRAINING : REFUND POLICY

Class Refund Policy

If at any time a training customer is not totally satisfied with their training experience, they should first contact their instructor.  If they are unable to resolve the issue with the instructor or prefer not to deal with the instructor, they can contact Brad Flood.  Contact can be made in person, via phone at 443-9554 or via e-mail at flood@burgessinc.com.  Concerns will be addressed promptly.

Customers not satisfied with their class will be given the option of retaking the class at no cost or receiving a pro-rated refund for the class less the cost of any training materials or textbooks.  In the event that students cannot satisfactorily resolve any concern with Burgess Computer, Inc., they should feel free to contact Harry Osgood, Maine Department of Education (phone: 624-6846, e-mail: harry.osgood@maine.gov.)
